Former Court of Appeals Judge Andree Roaf Selected as Monitor in Pulaski County School District Desegregation Case

"Retired Arkansas Court of Appeals Judge Andree Layton Roaf of Pine Bluff has tentatively agreed to serve as director of the Office of Desegregation Monitor in the long-running Pulaski County school desegregation case, [United States District Judge Bill Wilson] said Wednesday."
